Hoy es
martes! martes! martes de reseña y en esta ocasión voy a hablarles de una banda
con un Heavy metal lleno de calidad, de poder y de técnica: Lords of the Trident.
Desde
sus inicios en 2008 la banda generó buenos comentarios con canciones llenas de
letras cómicas y de parodias pero que iban acompañadas de un Heavy metal
poderoso y rápido que sorprendía a quienes lo escuchaban.
Lords
of the Trident cuenta con dos producciones completas, 2 EP y un DVD con una
presentación en vivo, lo que nos demuestra que ya cuentan con experiencia
dentro del medio artístico y eso se refleja en sus presentaciones, en las que
combinan el poder escénico con la comedia; además, interactúan con el público,
lo que permite que los fans se sientan parte de la banda.
La
banda ha sufrido muchos cambios en sus integrantes desde que comenzó su camino
dentro de la escena metalera, pero, a pesar de tantos cambios, siempre han
encontrado a los músicos ideales para seguir creando excelente música.
Actualmente la banda está conformada por: Fang VonWrathenstein en la voz,
Killius Maximus en la guitarra líder, Asian metal en la guitarra rítmica,
Priest – Pontifex Mortis en el bajo y Dr. Dante Vitus en la batería.
En cada canción, la banda nos
demuestra la calidad técnica de cada uno de sus integrantes. La voz de Fang
combina las voz aguda al puro estilo de Rob Halford (Judas Priest) con la voz
limpia que, junto con la música, crea una melodía extraordinaria; los
guitarristas desparraman talento en cada una de las notas que tocan pero donde
más se puede apreciar esa calidad es en los solos de guitarra, solos llenos de
rapidez y melodía; el bajo explota en los oídos con cada nota, es un bajo
fuerte lleno de técnica y la batería también es veloz y poderosa y aprovecha
cada instante de las canciones, doble bombo y cambios rápidos de ritmo en las
partes veloces y ritmos tranquilos y poderosos en las partes más calmadas.
Sin duda Lords of the Trident es
una banda que promete mucho, si siguen con esa calidad musical llegarán a ser
reconocidos en todo el mundo y, personalmente, me gustaría mucho asistir a un
concierto de la banda y despeinarme al ritmo de sus canciones.

Today is tuesday! tuesday! a review tuesday and I will present to you a
band that plays a Heavy metal full of quality, power and technique: Lords of
the Trident.
From their beginning in 2008, the band generated good comments with
songs about comic things and parodies accompanied with a powerful and fast
Heavy metal that surprised who listened to it.
Lords of the Trident has two full albums, two EP and a live DVD which
shows us that they have experience on the stage, which can be seen on their
presentations. In their shows they combine power and comedy; they even interact
with the fans during their shows and that make them feel like they’re part of
the band.
The band has suffered many changes on its members since they began their
story but, despite those changes, they always found the right members to keep
creating excellent music. Nowadays the band is formed by: Fang VonWrathenstein (Singer),
Killius Maximus (Lead guitar), Asian metal (Rhythm guitar), Priest – Pontifex
Mortis (Bass) and Dr. Dante Vitus (Drums).
On every song the band shows us the technique of each one of their
members. Fang’s voice combines the high-pitched voice (Rob Halford style (Judas
Priest)) with a clean voice that, along the music, create an extraordinary
sound. Guitarists show their talent on every note they play but this is best
appreciated on guitar solos, solos full of speed and melody. The bass explodes
on our ears with every note, is a strong bass. And last but not least the
drums, drums with a double bass drum full of power and rhythm changes.
There’s no doubt that Lords of the Trident is a band with a promising
future and, if they continue with that musical quality, they will be known all
around the world. Personally, I would love to watch them play live and headbang
with their songs.
Listen to their music and enjoy them because metal is not only to
listen, but to feel it.
